CUSTOMER BOOKINGS
Vehicle service terms
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. Quotes and agreed work
Quotes should identify the vehicle, agreed areas to be wrapped, material/finish, preparation included, total price, applicable taxes, estimated timescale and any exclusions. Work outside the agreed scope requires customer approval and may change the price or completion date.
2. Vehicle condition and preparation
The customer should disclose known paintwork repairs, resprays, peeling lacquer, corrosion, body damage, previous wraps and other relevant defects. Film adhesion and removal results depend on the condition of the underlying surface. We should inspect the vehicle and discuss visible concerns before work begins.
3. Materials, colour and finish
Colours can appear different under different lighting and screens. Samples and manufacturer information should be used where available. Confirm the chosen film, finish, expected coverage, seams and any areas that cannot reasonably be wrapped before work starts.
4. Deposits, payment and changes
State the actual deposit amount, when the balance is due, accepted payment methods and how approved changes are priced in the written quote. Do not use a blanket “non-refundable” term without checking its fairness and legal effect. Any deductions on cancellation must be lawful and proportionate.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Set out how customers can cancel or reschedule, how much notice is requested, and what happens to special-order materials or work already carried out. Consumer cancellation rights may apply, particularly to contracts made online or away from business premises. Do not assume all bookings are exempt from cancellation rights.
6. Completion and aftercare
Agree a collection time and inspect the vehicle together where practical. Provide film-manufacturer aftercare guidance appropriate to the material used. Customers should follow the supplied washing and care instructions.
7. Durability and warranty
Do not promise a fixed lifespan or warranty unless supported by the film manufacturer's terms and the actual installation conditions. If a workmanship warranty is offered, specify its duration, coverage, exclusions and claims process in writing. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights.
8. Vehicle custody and personal belongings
Customers should remove valuables and personal belongings before handing over the vehicle. Record vehicle condition and any existing damage at check-in. Insurance and vehicle-custody arrangements should be confirmed before accepting customer vehicles.
9. Complaints and remedies
Customers should contact NW Wraps promptly with details and photographs of a concern so it can be assessed. Applicable statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected. Add the real complaints contact and process before launch.
10. Governing law
These terms are intended for use in England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. They should be reviewed for the business's actual services and booking process.
